Echinacea is an extremely beneficial herb for helping our body rid itself of many microbial infections; it works directly and kills the germs by strengthening an individual’s immune system.

However, Echinacea is a very “strong” herb, so you should not drink its tea more than once a day and not for more than 10 days consecutively. If you want, drink it for 10 days; wait for other 15-20 days and then start again for another 10 days.
