7 REASONS TO DRINK PEPPERMINT TEA!
#pepperminttea  is not only mild and refreshing, but also powerful to treat a number of maladies. It can be a viable alternative for pharmaceuticals in some situations. Peppermint tea is prepared from the dried leaves of peppermint plant, which is a natural hybrid of spearmint and water mint. The main component of the #tea   is peppermint oil that contains menthol, menthone and menthyl acetate, which contribute to all its therapeutic effects. The tea is also rich in minerals such as #calcium  , #magnesium  &  #potassium   which provide a number of health benefits.
