pomegranates are one of the healthiest fruits out there and most people trash the peel and white part, but those are loaded with many healthy compounds. With a smoothie maker, the whole pomegranate can be made into a puree with more alkaline veggies like soybean sprouts, zucchini and eaten rapidly in 2 minutes to avoid damaging tooth enamel. It's best to always eat pomegranates as part of a smoothie since alone, those seeds stain the teeth rapidly when chewed since pomegranate is more acidic than oranges even.
