  1. I add a half tsp of ground cumin to my cup of organic yogurt, then add 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne and 1/2 tsp of turmeric, a pinch of sea salt, then I add a little honey. This stuff is anti-viral for sure. I do add the ground cumin to my green drinks, it is truly wonderful stuff. Going to get the intact seeds and make this tea. Thank you for sharing.
