Caper is a spice that is rich in protein, fat, carbohydrates, and minerals, the most represented sodium. Contains many antioxidants (rutin, quercetin) - quercetin gives caper an antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and anticancer property, while rutin is the protector of the blood vessels of the accumulation of bad cholesterol and formation of thrombus, arteriosclerosis, varicose veins and hemorrhoids.
