The purple fruits and vegetables are the most healthiest because they have some of the highest anti oxidant properties and as well contain traces of monotomic rhodium, iridium and platinum metals which pass the blood/brain barrier and bond to neuro receptors increasing superconductivity and brain function... this I believe aids in hemisphere synchronization as well. (Ability to use more then 10% of your brain)
