This is good stuff. I also use the red hibiscus some I prefer mines from Thialand its inexpensive to and good. Jamican red hisbicus has a deep red tone may be better quality and have more healing properties per serving. I used this to help chest pains along with a 2 spoon of garlic a day and cayenne pepper which is great to use when you feel like your going to have a stroke its will help stop a stroke also. Great stuff for targeted individuals.
