Is there a spruce tree in your edible landscaping? This video covers how to identify spruce trees, gives some tips on picking spruce tips -- the new spring growth -- and then shows a few ways that I have been eating spruce trees. I'm using Engelmann spruce and Colorado blue spruce, but what I cover works for all kinds of spruce.
